This framework is created by Kevin Orrey. It outlines a step by step approach to conducting a penetration test. He builds upon the typical stages of a test:

he also gives in depth instructions in checklist format for every step of the actual test:

3. exploiting
4. maintaining access
5. cleaning tracks

In the framework he lists the sites, and tools to be used and in most cases provides the actual commands to be used.
